OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Intel Report and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration, and you and AI Intel Report waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
